Botev Plovdiv made its fourth transfer in its winter selection. The “Canaries” signed a transfer agreement with Beroe for the rights of Carlos Algarra.
The 25-year-old midfielder has signed a long-term contract with the “yellow-blacks”, and today he had his first training session with his new teammates. Carlos will play with number 14 in the oldest Bulgarian football club.
Carlos Algarra is a Real Madrid youth player, undergoing many years of training at the Spanish giant’s academy.
After that, he was part of the Cadiz and Logrones teams, and in the winter of 2024, he was transferred to Beroe.
The midfielder played a total of 55 matches with the “Green” team.
Tomorrow, Algarra will travel with Botev to the training camp in Antalya, along with other new signings Pedro Igor and Bryan Hein, as well as the returning Aleksa Maras.
