Stefan Popov is the new head of the “Public Activities” department in Botev. The chairman of the “Yellow and Black Foundation” will be responsible for the relationship with cultural and educational institutions in Plovdiv and the country, developing and popularizing the club’s ideology and spiritual values.
“I am satisfied with the fact that the mission we started with the like-minded people from the “Yellow and Black Foundation”, regarding the return of the authentic spirit and importance of our beloved club to society, met with the full understanding and approval of the management of PFC Botev (Plovdiv ). The trust and mutual respect built up over time was the reason for me to commit to this responsible task, hoping that I will meet the expectations towards me worthy, contributing to the word “Botevist” being fulfilled with its original content”, shared Popov.
The position of Stefan Popov is another proof that Botev is much more than just a football club and we will continue to follow the strategy of establishing our club as a socially responsible factor in Plovdiv and in the country.
