Nikolay Minkov signed a contract with Botev (Plovdiv) until 2026. His current contract expired at the end of June, but an agreement was reached that will keep him at “Hristo Botev” Stadium for the next two seasons.
Minkov joined the Canaries in the summer of 2021. In three years in Botev, he won the Bulgarian Cup in the 2023/24 season, taking part in all matches of the tournament, as well as the bronze medals in 2022. During this period, he played a total of 95 matches with the “yellow-black” shrit, in which he scored 4 goals.
