The head coach of Botev (Plovdiv) – Nikolay Kirov, shared his opinion about the upcoming derby with CSKA.

We expect a tough match, after which we hope to please our audience. The opponent has serious players and a very good coach.
We had the opportunity to get to know what the CSKA team was like in the test matches. They have good players with an established style of play. They are good both as individuals and as a team.
Every good player contributes to the quality of the squad. We currently have a lot of new players in our squad, so it is very important that we work together as quickly as possible to create the necessary connections between the players in the different lines.
At this moment it is important that the audience is with us. Support is needed both for the team and for the club as a whole.
