Goalkeeper Hidayet Hankic was sold to Russian elite Rostov. The Bosnian arrived in Botev (Plovdiv) in the summer of 2021 and played 63 official matches for the “yellow-black”. In 22 of them, he did not concede a goal.
With the Canaries team, Hankic lifted the Bulgarian Cup in the 2023/24 season, won the bronze medals in 2021/22 and participated in the Conference League in the summer of 2022. His performances with Botev (Plovdiv) also earned him a debut call-up for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team.
