Edson Silva is the seventh player in Botev Plovdiv’s winter selection

The Botev Plovdiv team continues its active winter selection activities.

The “Yellow-Blacks” signed a long-term contract with defensive midfielder Edson Silva.

Born on May 17, 2001, the 192-centimeter football player has extensive experience in a number of teams in Cyprus and Portugal.

A large part of the midfielder’s teenage and youth career was spent in the academy of the Portuguese giants Sporting Lisbon.

Edson Silva also holds a Portuguese passport and has 4 appearances for the Guinea-Bissau national team.
