Botev Plovdiv FC, Bulgaria’s oldest football club, is proud to announce its membership in the Liquid Federation. This strategic move aligns with Botev’s vision to integrate cutting-edge technology and Bitcoin into its operations, solidifying its position as a pioneer in the sports industry.
Botev Plovdiv’s membership expands the Liquid Federation to 73 members. The club already uses the Liquid network as a backbone technology powering its AQUA wallet, where a special Botev mode welcomes all “yellow-black” fans. Botev further plans to utilize Liquid for payments as well as for pioneering fan engagement using tokenized fan points and tokenized equity all issued on the Liquid sidechain network.
