Big win to end of the championship

Botev Plovdiv defeated Lokomotiv Sofia 4-1 in the last game of the regular championship of „A“ group and finished 4th before the start of the play-off phase. The Canaries started toughly, receiving a goal in the first half after a mistake in the defense. Just few minutes later, in the 45th minute, Ferebori Dore managed to equalize with a header. In the second half Botev Plovdiv’s players had no mercy and scored three – by Abel Anicet, again Dore and Serdjan Lukin. In the next championship game the upcoming weekend The Canaries will play against Lokomotiv Plovdiv at home. Before that, Botev has an important quarterfinal for the Bulgarian Cup against biggest rival – Levski in Sofia.
